Not sure what the floor is. Looks more like gravel than concrete.

Guess I will never know what the basement floor is, but they've been hard at work getting the main floor in.

Haven't had much to update recently. All the work on the first house has moved inside with HVAC, plumbing and insulation work.

Work has now started on 6 Windsong Place though, with site prep and the foundation forms.
