Clearing trees has begun, mainly on the southern edge to make way for the new roadway, and along boundary with 190 Bunker Hill for storm water catchment pools.
Work has started on the third house with clearing of soil and some cutting into the boundary.
Another tree gets cut down near the first house.
Foundations dug and poured for the third house.
